Where it all began
Founded in 1972 by Gary (Buzz) McKinney, P.Eng., Took Engineering Inc. is a family operated structural and geotechnical consulting firm serving British Columbians within the Greater Vancouver area and Lower Mainland. Took Engineering has contributed to 5000+ construction projects in the Lower Mainland including, but not limited to: single family and multi-residential, agricultural, commercial, industrial and institutional projects.
Our mission statement: "To provide clients with engineering services at a low cost, while pioneering imaginative solutions with sound engineering design."
